The support team can be contacted throughout working hours either by telephone, email or fax and all members of the team have a thorough knowledge of sash windows and their installation so that you can rest assured that your enquiry will be dealt with by people who know what they are tallking about.

Joinery Team The joiners team is comprised of fully trained,highly competent and professional joiners who work to an extremely high standard at all times. Their expertise is complemented by a set of intelligent cutting technology, ensuring that your windows are cut perfectly every time, ready for hand assembly. The joiners team receive your window measurements after a survey of your property has been completed and as such they represent the first step in the manufacture of the sashes.

Painting Team The painting team take the newly manufactured sashes and apply the Micro Porous, high quality paint in a careful and professional manner. The windows  are then hung to dry in our specialised drying room in the workshop.

Glazing Team

Once the sashes have been cut to their correct measurements, they are passed on to the glaziers team, who are fully equipped to fit the high quality glass.

The glass is measured and then cut before being carefully fitted. All types of glass can be cut and fitted, be it single or double glazed.

Fitting Team The final stage of the process is carried out by the fitting team. They take the finished product, your new or refurbished sashes and fit them in your house. This is done professionally and the team always ensure that the job is completed to the highest standards, Prior to fitting all relevant areas where we will be working are comprehensively dust sheeted, one the works have been carried out  the team ensure that the property is fully tidied, vacuumed and left in the condition in which it was found.

Support Team The Sash Support Team are on hand at all times to assist you with your orders. The dedicated team take orders, schedule surveys, answer enquiries, schedule fittings, and manage all the administrative tasks necessary to delivering the quality service that you receive.This means that the team can concentrate their full attention on what they do best - making and fitting Sash and Casement windows along with French and Bi-Folding Doors of all sizes.
