Listed Buildings
Because listed buildings are Individual, Unique and Preserved, we treat them as such and require information before we can plan the work ahead. As for this work if you require replacement windows or doors for your listed building, then planning permission and approvals are required. You will have to contact your Local Authority for this. Once planning permission is underway, we can help you with the technical drawings that the Local Authority may require.
Conservation Areas
For Conservation Areas you will also need to contact your Local Authority and advise them off the work you would like to carry out. We recommend that you do not start any work before this Approval is obtained. In our experience living in a Conservation Area is not as bad as a Listed Building, but this all depends on your Local Authority. If technical drawings are required by your Local Authority then we can assist if required.
